Welcome to Sparky’s Corner-a quarterly newsletter which brings valuable updates to every customer, employee and vendor/partner who visits our web pages.

As CAPO continues its 44th year in business, we have some exciting developments to share. Spencer Lowe has moved from our marketing department leader to our Chief Operating Officer.
He responsible for managing logistics, operations, and installations for our 12 California/Nevada Divisions which are Building Supply Subcontractors to the residential new construction, commercial construction, and remodeling industries.
His duties include implementing management structure, auditing, new strategies to improve efficiencies & communication across the company’s supply & distribution chain with focus on Profitability, Cost Reductions, Quality and Safety.
Secondly, we would like to welcome Anh Nguyen, Human Resources Manager to the CAPO team.
She comes to us with nearly 20 years of HR experience and has already made a strong impact on all aspects of the HR Department.
As we mentioned in our previous newsletter, CAPO’s entry into the Garage Door Business back in 2019 has reenergized many old builder relationships who moved away from offering fireplaces in their homes.
Builders who recognize and appreciate the CAPO brand have received this relatively new segment being led by
our two Key Account Managers-Don Bowker-38 years’ experience and Ramiro Serrano-25 years’ experience.

Finally, while the world seems to be in great turmoil and conflicts arise everywhere in business, economies, politics, countries, cities, and nations, pause a moment to reflect on what the psalmist saw:
Psalm 19:
1-The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
2-Day after day they pour forth speech, night after night they display knowledge.
3-There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard.
4-Ther voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.
